As for jewelry, it should not be worn in the sea, swimming pool, shower, or during intense physical activity to preserve its integrity.

To remove personalization marks such as stickers or marker, a soft cloth with acetone will suffice. For routine care, gently clean the exterior with mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. For detailed instructions, refer to the care card provided with the handbag.

Laura Wnuk’s creations are meticulously packaged to ensure they withstand transit. However, in the unlikely event of damage, the collector is invited to contact Laura Wnuk immediately upon receipt, providing a description and images of the issue. If applicable, a replacement will be arranged—subject to availability—or a refund will be issued.

Each Laura Wnuk creation is the result of a meticulous, multi-step process. From the initial sculpting to the final lining, every piece is entirely handcrafted, ensuring the highest level of artistry and craftsmanship. Production and delivery take approximately two months.
Clients have a 48-hour window from the moment the order is confirmed to request modifications or cancellations. After this period, production begins, and no further changes can be accommodated.
