Stronger than any other ceramic, porcelain is very resistant.
The paste is mainly made out of quartz, feldspar, and kaolin,
which allows vitrification at a very high temperature. It gives
porcelain its resistance, its whiteness and its transparency.
My pieces are fired two times (1200 ° C minimum), which gives
them their beautiful solidity. The glaze applied between the
two fires provides a colored finish and additional resistance
through its vitrification.
